Questions
What happens when someone scans it?
Their phone camera reads your details from the code and offers to add you as a new contact, with your name, number, email, company and website filled in. It works on iPhone and Android without an app.
Does the QR code expire?
No. Your details are stored inside the code itself, so it works forever and doesn't depend on any website, including ours.
Can I change my details later?
Not in the same code. Because the details are inside it, a new phone number or job means a new code and reprinting. A dexcard QR links to your card instead, so you can update it any time without reprinting.
Do you store what I type?
No. The code is generated in your browser and nothing you type is sent to us.
How big should I print it?
At least 2 cm (0.8 in) square on a business card, and larger if you add lots of details, since more data makes a denser code. Test it with your phone before printing a batch.
